Why a fifteen-year-old girl would want to give up her free
time to hang out with a bunch of smelly, out-of-shape film-
makers is beyond me. However, that's exactly what
Marianna Houston decided to do and thank goodness she
did. For the majority of the shoot, we took Marianna from
one tourist site to the next - the Lincoln Memorial, the
Capitol Building, the White House - and what we ended up
with was a very visual story, as Stacie drinks in the sights
of a city that she is in love with, a city that holds her future.
For a shoot of this size, you'd think it would be much harder
